Overview

The Spande “GoldBeast” Series Web-fed Platen Hot Foil Stamping Machine can be equipped with 1 to 3 stations, flexibly enabling composite processing of holographic hot stamping, emboss hot stamping, embossing, texture embossing and creasing. The machine is widely suitable for the production of tobacco packaging, wine packaging, cosmetic gift boxes, red envelopes and various FMCG packaging boxes. The machine reaches a maximum mechanical speed of 120 m/min (12,000 sheets per hour). It has earned industry recognition for high-speed operation, precise register and outstanding overall machine stability. Consumables such as hot stamping plates and foils are compatible with those used on sheet-fed hot stamping machines. Meanwhile, it delivers effective savings in labor, energy consumption and web edge waste, with a marked improvement in product yield. Its advantages in cost reduction and efficiency enhancement have been verified and highly affirmed by numerous customers.
